The 2011 Population and Housing Census Logo

The Population and Housing Census will have its original label (logo). The logo should be a simple, catchy mark combining verbal and visual features to label this sui generis event, being a cornerstone of a uniform visual appearance needed to give the Census attractive presentation.

The 2011 Population and Housing Census will receive the winning logo from a design contest announced by the Statistical Office of the Slovak Republic with provisions of Law Act No. 25/2006 Coll. on Public Procurement and on Amendments and Supplements to Certain Laws.

The winning Population and Housing Census logo design is expected to be unveiled to the public in the second half of 2010.
