Legal Framework of the 2011 Population and Housing Census

The 2011 Population and Housing Census to held in the Slovak Republic shall be conducted pursuant to Law Act No. 263/2008 Coll. on the Population and Housing Census in 2011 of 18 June 2008. The act was drafted and adopted in compliance with Regulation (EC) No 763/2008 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 9 July 2008 on Population and Housing Censuses.
