Output prices
Output prices of the domestic market increased by 0,6 % in April, compared with March.Prices increased in mining and quarrying by 2,9 %, in manufacturing by 0,6 %, in water supply, sewerage, waste management and remediation by 0,6 %, in electricity, gas, steam and air-condition supply by 0,4 %.
In manufacturing, prices increased in manufacture of coke and refined petroleum products by 11,2 %, chemicals and chemical products by 1 %, wood and paper products, printing by 0,8 %, metal and fabricated metal products except machinery and equipment by 0,7 %, electrical equipment by 0,5 %, other manufacture, repair and installation of machinery and equipment by 0,3 %, manufacture of textiles, apparel, leather and related products by 0,2 %. Prices decreased in manufacture of transport equipment by 0,7 %, food, beverages and tobacco by 0,5 %, rubber and plastic products by 0,2 %, computer, electronic and optical products by 0,1 %. Prices of manufacture of machinery and equipment n.e.c. and basic pharmaceutical products and preparations did not change.
In April, compared with April 2009, output prices of the domestic market decreased by 4,4 % as a result of decreased prices in electricity, gas, steam and air-conditioning supply by 9,1 %, in mining and quarrying by 4,7 % and in manufacturing by 0,8 %. Prices of water supply, sewerage, waste management and remediation increased by 6,2 %.
In manufacturing, prices decreased in manufacture of rubber and plastic products by 5,1 %, other manufacture, repair and installation of machinery and equipment by 4,6 %, food, beverages and tobacco by 3,8 %, transport equipment by 3,6 %, electrical equipment by 3,1 %, machinery and equipment n.e.c. by 2,1 %, chemicals and chemical products by 1,9 %, wood and paper products, printing by 1,3 %, computer, electronic and optical products by 1,1 %, metal and fabricated metal products except machinery and equipment by 0,3 %. Prices increased in manufacture of coke and refined petroleum products by 48,2 %, textiles, apparel, leather and related products by 0,3 % and basic pharmaceutical products by 0,1 %.
Since the beginning of year, compared with the corresponding period last year, output prices of the domestic market decreased, on average, by 5,8 % as a result of lower prices in electricity, gas, steam and air-conditioning supply by 10,5 %, in mining and quarrying by 9,4 % and in manufacturing by 2,1 %. Prices of water supply, sewerage, waste management and remediation increased by 5,1 %.
In April, compared with March, output prices of the non-domestic market increased, on average, by 1 %, as a result of higher prices in mining and quarrying by 1,6 % and in manufacturing by 1 %. Prices of water supply, sewerage, waste management and remediation decreased by 2,3 %.
In manufacturing, prices increased in manufacture of coke and refined petroleum products by 7,9 %, chemicals and chemical products by 2,8 %, wood and paper products, printing by 2,1 %, metal and fabricated metal products except machinery and equipment by 1,7 %, machinery and equipment n.e.c. by 0,6 %, textiles, apparel, leather and related products by 0,5 %, computer, electronic and optical products by 0,1 %, electrical equipment by 0,1 %, other manufacture, repair and installation of machinery by 0,1 %. Prices decreased in manufacture of transport equipment by 0,8 %, food, beverages and tobacco by 0,7 %.
In April, compared with April 2009,non-domestic prices increased by 1,6 %, of which prices of mining and quarrying by 12,7 % and manufacturing by 1,7 %. Prices of electricity, gas, steam and air-conditioning supply decreased by 8,7 %.
In manufacturing, prices increased in manufacture of coke and refined petroleum products by 49,5 %, machinery and equipment n.e.c. by 5,3 %, chemicals and chemical products by 3,1 %. Prices decreased in manufacture of transport equipment by 5 %, other manufacture, repair and installation of machinery and equipment by 4,5 %, manufacture of food, beverages and tobacco by 2,8 %, computer, electronic and optical products by 1,3 %, electrical equipment by 0,9 %, textiles, apparel, leather and related products by 0,8 %, metal and fabricated metal products except machinery and equipment by 0,6 %, rubber and plastic products by 0,5 % and basic pharmaceutical products and preparations by 0,2 %. Prices of wood and paper products, printing did not change.
Since the beginning of year, compared with the corresponding period last year,output prices of the non-domestic market decreased, on average, by 0,1 % as a result of lower prices in electricity, gas, steam and air-conditioning supply by 15,6 %. Prices of mining and quarrying increased by 15,1 %, prices of manufacturing by 0,1 %.
Agricultural products prices
In April, agricultural products prices increased, year-on-year, after a long-term decrease. Compared to April 2009, they increased by 0,1 % as a result of higher prices of animal products by 1,6 %. Prices of crop products decreased by 4,1 %.
In crop products, prices of oil-seeds and oleaginous fruits decreased by 8,7 % and cereals by 5,2 %. Prices of fruit and vegetables were at the last year´s level. Prices of legumes increased by 21,4 % and serotinous edible potatoes by 2 %.
In animal products, prices of raw cow milk increased by 6,7 %, slaughter lambs and sheep by 2,8 %, raw sheep milk by 2,4 %, hen edible eggs by 1,4 %, raw sheep wool in pots by 1,1 % and beef cattle and calves by 0,8 %. Prices of living fishes decreased by 11 %, slaughter pigs by 4,6 % and slaughter poultry by 1,9 %.
Since the beginning of year, agricultural product prices decreased, on average, by 6,5 % as a result of lower prices in crop product by 7,2 % and in animal products by 6,1 %.
Construction work prices
Construction work prices increased by 0,3 % (by estimation) in April, compared with March. Compared with the corresponding period in 2009,they increased by 1,4 % in April and by 1,2 % since the beginning of year, on average.
Prices of construction materials and components
Prices of construction materials and components increased by 0,6 % in April, compared to March and they were down by 4,8 % compared with April 2009. They decreased, on average, by 7,5 % since the beginning of year, year-on-year.
